Travelling advice

I am completely impractical in every way

I am completely impractical in every way so I never plan my wardrobe or what I’m taking. I pack (or I throw) around 55 things into a suitcase which range from clothing to dirty washing (I figure I will wash it in the Hotel bath) I always pack my Chanel No. 5 parfum but mostly I know I will buy things upon my arrival as I don’t like to be reminded from things from home. It’s a holiday. A new beginning!

For travelling advice I would suggest that you ALWAYS complain just a tiny bit about your room.

In a very lovely manner you wander to reception and let them know that this is not the room you requested and there MUST be some mix up as your room you saw on the Internet was BIGGER, BETTER and it seemed to have a balcony? A BALCONY!!  Your booking also states that you had access to canapés and other such fancies in the private bar overlooking the garden?  You in fact ACT like a first class person (even though you maybe travelling economy) you wander daintily around reception speaking in another language (if you don’t speak another language just make one up. It often works) and you may also add that you have claustrophobia and that the small room you are currently in may injure you in some way.

Upgrade! You upgrade every day and before you know it you in fact are a first class person in the Super Executive Luxe Suite rather than the Standard double.
